Tinto Y Tapas Restaurant & Latin Lounge, located at 14355 Blanco Rd., 78216, is the vibrant culmination of Judi Deleon’s lifelong dream. A seasoned performer with over 30 years in the music industry, Judi has also been the driving force behind some of San Antonio’s most iconic events. She currently hosts the weekly "Smooth Sunday Jazz" show at 6 pm on jazz station, KRTU 91.7 FM (krtu.org). Her journey is one of passion, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to cultural celebration.
Vibe Sommelier – pairing beats with bites
Henry Brun—partner, spouse, multi-award-winning percussionist and host of The Sunday Latin Jazz Brunch on jazz station KRTU 97.1 FM — will curate the musical talent showcased at San Antonio’s first “Latin Jazz Lounge,” affectionately known as The Green Room*. As part of Tinto Y Tapas, this intimate stage will spotlight local/regional talent, and welcome select national acts gracing the stage as they pass through Texas, creating a dynamic and ever-evolving soundscape of live Jazz/Latin jazz and culturally rich performances.
*The "green room" is a backstage haven where performers gather before stepping into the spotlight. It's a dedicated space for relaxation, last-minute rehearsals, and mental or physical preparation—offering a moment of calm before the energy of the stage takes over.
